So today I went to see the Accused. He is a very well-spoken individual, in his mid-thirties. A horse-riding instructor in this field for nearly 20 years. Quite good in his English and an intelligent chap. Well as far as that can help him.
So after all he's gone through, I explained to him what charges he faced, and what the situation was. We managed to come to some consensus, and I could tell he was relieved to finally have a lawyer on his side.
